The Lunar New Year of the Rabbit is fast approaching on January 22, 2023!  The Rabbit is the fourth animal of the Chinese zodiac cycle (Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig).  They are known for being gentle, calm, pleasant and modest.
